Before You Place An Order
Thank You for Your Patience & Support!
We are deeply grateful for your interest in our handcrafted art pieces! As a small, two-person team, we pour our hearts, hands, and souls into every creation. While we use a few small machines to assist, the majority of our work is done by hand—ensuring that each piece is made with care, intention, and love.
Because of this, our current wait time is a minimum of 6 months. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we take the time needed to create something truly special for you.
If your order is for a specific client request or a gift with a deadline, please reach out to us prior to ordering to ensure that we have the ability to meet your needs. We want to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the quality and care that go into each piece.
Order Updates & Shipping Information
Due to our small team of just two people, we are not able to provide individual updates on shipping times before the 6-month mark. If you reach out for an update before then, please understand that we may not be able to respond, as our focus remains on carefully crafting each order.
If, for any reason, your order will exceed 6 months, we will reach out to you with an updated shipping timeline.
If your contact information or shipping address changes before your order is shipped, please email us with your updated details. Your order will be shipped to the address on file unless we receive an updated address from you. If an order is lost or delivered to an outdated address, we will not be responsible for replacing the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact and shipping information is current.
Refund Policy
- Because each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, refunds are not allowed after 30 days, as your order will already be in production. This policy is in place to honor the time, energy, and materials that go into each creation.
