We are often asked why production times are so long. The creative process we use is a complicated one with multiple steps that require extensive drying and creation time. The creative process, no matter which one you choose to use, is never a quick one. Most of our creative process is done entirely by hand with the exception of a couple of hand held tools. From start to finish each piece is an intensive labor of love. We have one full-time artist, and 2 very part-time helpers that assist when they can. We often times provide an estimated due date based on our limited past experience, but more times than not we encounter various delays that we are unable to predict. Often times the wait can be frustrating--I share your excitement and anticipation of wanting you to have your one-of-a-kind figure in your hands! I know and understand the importance for items used in sacred places or practices including sandtray therapy to be handcrafted ensuring that the healing energy offered by human touch is embedded in each piece. My hope is that you will be able to feel the sanctity, love, and positive energy that is put into each one of my figures. For this reason my creation time is a minimum of 8-10 weeks, but as of 2023 our CURRENT WAIT TIMES ARE EXCEEDING 6 MONTHS. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Communication updates about your order
Because we are so limited with our staff abilities communication about your order updates have proved challenging. We are actively working to improve our ability to communicate updates in a timely fashion, but currently we do not have this process perfected. We welcome and encourage you to reach out to us for updates as that is the best way for us to provide you with the information you are requesting.
