REFUND POLICY Effective March 2022 we are no longer able to accept refund requests after 7 days of purchase solely due to wait time issues. Unfortunately due to our production process, most orders have been started within 7 days of purchase; therefore, refund requests after 7 days will not be given. We are happy to cancel your order up to 7 days after your purchase. Refund requests after the 7 day time frame will not be granted. We are happy to offer a store credit if and when wait times are shorter. Refunds are offered via paypal or venmo. Please note that there is a service charge of 3% if you choose a refund through paypal. Unfortunately we are unable to waive this fee as it is automatically deducted by paypal. A full refund can only be given via Venmo.
