CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMELINE

6 MONTHS–1 YEAR

Because every piece is handcrafted, production times vary depending on order volume, conference travel, retreat schedules, and the complexity of individual orders.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss whether your timeline is possible.

Handcrafted One Piece at a Time

Before placing your order, we'd like to share a little about how our process works and why each piece takes time to create.

Every figure is handcrafted from start to finish, passing through our hands many times before it ever reaches yours. From sanding and painting to detailing and finishing, each step is completed with care and intention. Understanding that process helps explain why handmade art is different—and why we believe it's worth the wait.

Made by Hand, Never Mass Produced

Unlike mass-produced products, our figures are never created on an assembly line.

Nearly every step is completed by hand using traditional techniques, specialized tools, and years of experience. Many stages require drying and curing time that simply can't be rushed.

We also spend part of each year traveling to conferences and retreats, sharing our work and connecting with the sandtray community. While we're away, production continues thoughtfully, but those commitments can also affect our timeline.

Where the Art Comes to Life

Once preparation is complete, each piece begins its transformation.

Every figure is individually painted, airbrushed, detailed, and inspected by hand. Layer by layer, it becomes the piece you chose.

No shortcuts.

No automated paint lines.

Just patience, creativity, and countless small details that make every piece uniquely its own.

From Our Family to Yours

We know waiting for something meaningful isn't always easy.

While you're waiting, we're sanding, casting, painting, packaging, and probably getting paint on another T-shirt.

Most importantly, we're creating your piece with the same care and attention we'd want if we were making it for our own family.

Thank you for supporting handmade art, a small family business, and the work we love so deeply. We are honored that one of our pieces may become part of your story.

With warmth and gratitude,
