Every Momma Owl's Minis piece is handcrafted with care by our small team. Because each order is individually created, production and shipping timelines vary based on our current workload.

To give every order the time and attention it deserves, we are unable to provide individual shipping updates before the 6-month mark. If you contact us before then, we will not be able to provide an individual status update, as our focus remains on creating, fulfilling, and shipping orders as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Address

If your contact information or shipping address changes before your order ships, please email us with your updated information as soon as possible.

Orders will be shipped to the address on file unless we receive updated information before shipment. If an order is delivered to an outdated or incorrect address, Momma Owl's Minis cannot be responsible for replacing the item. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all contact and shipping information remains current.

Shipping Insurance

We want every order to arrive safely and offer shipping insurance based on the value of your purchase.

Orders under $300

  • Shipping insurance is optional.
  • If you would like to insure your shipment, simply let us know before your order ships. The cost of insurance will be added to your shipping charges.

Orders of $300 or more

  • Shipping insurance is required.
  • The cost of insurance will automatically be included with your shipping charges to protect your purchase while it is in transit.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipping insurance has been purchased (or is required), any loss or damage claims must be filed through the carrier's insurance process. For orders under $300 where shipping insurance is declined, Momma Owl's Minis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain all original packaging, as it may be required to process an insurance claim.
