Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 30 days, production planning and materials have often begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns once an item has been completed and shipped.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us. We genuinely want every customer to have a positive experience and will work with you whenever possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method through Shopify.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
