Refunds & Order Issues

At Momma Owl's Minis, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because many of our products are made to order, we begin preparing materials and production shortly after an order is placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

After 30 days, your order is considered in production and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Handmade Variations

Every Momma Owl's Minis piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, finish, texture, and artistic details are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
